While on staff as the senior food editor at Cooking Light, I had the privilege of leading a first-rate team of editors to create award-winning feature articles and other content. Strategy included planning issues a year to 18 months in advance to offer seasonally appropriate articles and recipes that resonated with the magazine’s 12 million readers.
As a freelancer for Cooking Light, I contributed nutrition stories, pet health tips and video scripts.
