Stash Nut Co.‘s founder needed prototype recipes for a new line of pistachio-based snacks aimed at the active outdoor market. Development took into consideration flavor profiles, ingredient availability, and cost.

I also connected the client with a food-science/product development company for the next steps to commercially scale and manufacture the snacks.

I have been working with Alison for recipe development for a new product I am planning to launch in 2026. She and I have been working closely together for the last several months and have made great progress. I am ready to take these recipes for additional development, ingredient sourcing, co-manufacturing, and scaling. Alison has been a great resource to assist with the initial development, and flavor profile testing.
