Food photography built around the recipe, not added after the fact.

I shoot food for brands that want images to earn a save, not just a like. Every image I produce is built around a recipe I’ve developed and tested. So the dish in the photo is one your customer can really make with your product.

My Cordon Bleu training and six years as senior food editor at Cooking Light mean I approach every shoot as both a chef and an editor. That’s why the food in my images looks like something you’d truly want to (and can) make. Not just food that photographs well. Food that photographs well because it was developed well.

Most clients don’t come in with a fully-formed creative brief. I research your product and audience first, then pitch 3–5 recipe and image concepts for approval. You react; I execute. You don’t have to produce the creative direction to get good creative output. See how recipe development works →
