SERVICES: While on staff as the senior food editor at Cooking Light, I had the pleasure of leading a first-rate team of editors to create award-winning feature articles and other content. Strategy included planning issues a year to 18 months in advance to offer seasonally appropriate articles and recipes that resonated with the magazine’s 12 million readers. As a freelancer, I contribute nutrition stories and video scripts.

I love sweet potato casserole but my family’s recipe calls for an ungodly amount of butter and sugar. When I found this and the great reviews I gave it a try and now I need to look no futher. Even my husband, who claims to hate sweet potatoes, ate this and asked when I would make it again.
This cake is so delicious and super easy. I made it twice this past weekend and there were not any leftovers either time!
